The WLA holds a major international congress – known as the World Lottery Summit (WLS) – every two years. Organized together with the local host lottery, this landmark biennial event features a comprehensive business program with industry and external expert speakers; trade show, for industry suppliers to showcase the latest products and services; social program that offers participants a flavor of the host city.
The congress attracts between 800 to 1,500 attendees.
The next World Lottery Summit, WLS 2026, will be held in Sydney, Australia, from 9-12 November 2026.
