LONDON, April 11, 2024 – International Game Technology PLC (“IGT”) (NYSE: IGT) today announced the posting of its Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), accompanying proxy for the meeting, and the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2023 to shareholders.
