Wanda Young Wilson, COO and General Counsel of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation, to retire

Wanda Young Wilson, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation, is retiring after 26 years of executive management service to the lottery industry, effective October 31, 2019.
Wanda, who just celebrated 40 years in the legal profession, began her career in the lottery industry in 1993 with the inception of the Georgia Lottery Corporation. She served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel there for 10 years, after which she joined the start-up team of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation. Wanda played an integral role in Tennessee’s successful launch and continues to work tirelessly to help the organization raise billions for education.
