Lead System Architect, Christian Olsen, to take over Technology Leadership at Szrek2Solutions

In 2004, after several years with GTECH (now IGT), Olsen joined the Szrek2Solutions’ team, supporting the design and implementation of the Trusted Products Suite, and playing a key role in software development and customer deployments. “Chris’s deep knowledge of our systems, extensive technical skills and vast experience make him an ideal candidate to take over the Chief Technologist position from Walter Szrek, Szrek2Solutions Co-founder,” says Irena Szrek, the company President.

“I’m looking forward to moving into the technology leadership role as Walter steps into a consulting role,” says Olsen. “When we started developing Trusted Draw almost 20 years ago, I never imagined the impact our products would have on the lottery industry and on the development of security standards related to electronic draws. I am especially proud of our ability to foresee the important trends and technologies related to draw operations. Our team was promoting automated and remote technologies long before the pandemic. We will continue to innovate our RNG solutions and other security products, and I look forward to seeing our progress over the next 20 years.”
