Wanda, who just celebrated 40 years in the legal profession, began her career in the lottery industry in 1993 with the inception of the Georgia Lottery Corporation. She served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel there for 10 years, after which she joined the start-up team of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation. Wanda played an integral role in Tennessee’s successful launch and continues to work tirelessly to help the organization raise billions for education.

Wanda has received numerous professional awards for her contributions to the lottery industry as well as her previous work in housing development and public finance. She is very active in professional and civic organizations, and is passionate about helping the community.

Wanda earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota, and attended Boston University School of Law. Wilson has been licensed to practice law in the states of Georgia, Minnesota, and Tennessee.

Wanda will be greatly missed by her staff, who value her guidance and leadership, and her colleagues, who rely on her friendship and wise counsel.
