Unregulated gaming operators have long been competing with the state authorized lottery and sports organizations globally. Unregulated gaming operations – be they synthetic lotteries, courier services or other – are not regulated or authorized under the law of the jurisdiction where the consumer is located. With technological developments new models of unregulated gaming continue to emerge, opening the way for synthetic lotteries.
